Warri billionaire and Oil magnate, Ayiri Emami celebrated his wife’s birthday yesterday, Thursday 23 October, by buying her a Rolls Royce – but not just that, he went further to customize the car specially for her.

In the pictures posted his wife Asba Emami looks completely speechless and surprised and we don’t blame her. A customized Rolls Royce is quite a gift.

Earlier in the year, just as Valentines day was approaching we saw a number of Nigerian celebrities exchanging expensive gifts as a show of affection (click here if you missed it). It is refreshing to see that a couple that has been married for several years can still be so in love and going to far monetary lengths to show this.

Ayiri Emami also threw her a lovely intimate dinner with friends and family at Del Frisco’s Grille in Houston Texas.

Apart from being into oil & gas, Ayiri Emami also owns a music label called 911 Label.

Lol!! Ebola: Rwanda to Screen Visitors from United States & Spain

As part of Rwanda’s measures to prevent the Ebola virus from entering the country, the government has announced that all visitors from the United States and Spain must undergo Ebola screening.

Visitors from the aforementioned countries will be required to “self-monitor, fill out an extensive questionnaire and report their medical condition for the first 21 days of their visits because of the Ebola cases that have surfaced in the two Western countries,” ThisDay reports.

The Rwandan government released the following statement on the issue:

“On October 19, the Rwandan Ministry of Health introduced new Ebola Virus Disease screening requirements. Visitors who have been in the United States or Spain during the last 22 days are now required to report their medical condition—regardless of whether they are experiencing symptoms of Ebola—by telephone by dialing 114 between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for the duration of their visit to Rwanda (if less than 21 days), or for the first 21 days of their visit to Rwanda. Rwandan authorities continue to deny entry to visitors who traveled to Guinea, Liberia, Senegal, or Sierra Leone within the past 22 days.”

Rwanda is located in East Africa, which is approximately 2,600 miles East of Liberia. The country has been unaffected by the Ebola outbreak.

Police Arrest Lagos-based Woman for Selling Guns to Robbers

 

The Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) has arrested a Lagos-based woman for allegedly selling guns to robbers.

Vanguard reports that the 34-year-old mother of two, named Sarah Emmanuel, used to be a hawker of wares before she delved into illegal arms dealing. She is also said to be a robber’s wife.

She was arrested after robbers revealed during a police interrogation, that she was the individual who sold arms to them.

Authorities say Emmanuel was in the arms-selling business with her friend, Modinat. They often traveled to a border town

between Benin Republic and Nigeria where they purchased locally-made guns and re-sold them to robbers.

However, Emmanuel has denied the allegations, stating that only accompanied Modinat to buy arms on just one occasion.

“I was arrested because my friend Modinat escaped. We have been friends for six years. She asked me to accompany her to Idiroko where she told me of her plan to purchase a gun for one Ismaila, her armed robber lover from whom she collected N25, 000. I only accompanied her to Ifonyin once….

I am a widow and my husband, who was an armed robber was killed by police, we were married for ten years but I didn’t know he was an armed robber before he was killed.

If the police release me I will assist them to arrest my friend Modinat,” she said.

See Photos of “Mysterious” Aircraft Linked to Synagogue Church Building Collapse

Following the collapse of a building at TB Joshua‘s Synagogue Church of all Nations on Friday, which has resulted in the death of over 67 people, the preacher still insists that a mysterious aircraft was responsible for the tragedy.

You will recall that Joshua showed footage of the alleged plane on his emmanuel.tv network.

And now, photos of the said aircraft have been released.

A Facebook post from ‘TB Joshua Ministries’ stated that a South African visitor named Shadrack Mamzini to The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) took a picture of the suspicious aircraft on the day of the tragic incident.

“While I was taking the last picture, I saw a very big aircraft,” said a statement attributed to Mamzini on Facebook. “It was something which was unusual in the way it looked. It did not look like a passenger plane or an ordinary plane. My worry was that it was too low to the building. By the time the incident happened and the man of God spoke about it, I went back to check all the photos I had taken…I zoomed in on this picture where I saw the aircraft clearly.”

Sources also allege that online Nigerian traffic update site, ‘Gidi-Traffic’ tweeted how ‘a military plane’ was sighted in Ikotun coinciding with the time of the deadly collapse.
